Alain Soriano , partner , obtained his Masters in Tax Management from Solvay School of Commerce, affiliated with the University of Brussels . He aslo holds a test of selection of level 1 for contract employees of the Federal Public Office. From 1998 to 2006, he was tax adviser within the Indirect Tax department of of the international consultancy firm ERNST & YOUNG TAX CONSULTANTS.
- Philippe Noirhomme, partner, has
a licence in law from theUniversity of Liege and a special licence in fiscal law from the Catholic University of Leuven.
He
is also scientific collaborator at the University of
Liege's law faculty (Fiscal Law and Public Finances Law). From 1999 and 2011, he worked as
a tax adviser within the Indirect Tax
department of the international consultancy firm ERNST & YOUNG TAX
CONSULTANTS. Between January
2006 to July 2007, he was assigned to the Spanish office of Ernst &
Young Abogados.
Alain and Philippe are regular speakers at seminars on VAT issues and
also publish articles on this topic
in professional journals such as Revue
Générale de Fiscalité, Actualités Fiscales, etc.
